When approached by Pwllheli Golf course we jumped at the chance to help them renovate a derelict building they had as a ‘feature’ at the bottom of the 12th hole. To boot it is a listed property and quite rightly so should be kept in all its glory. The renovation lasted 12 weeks and was done by local builders in Pwllheli.
